These are the essential details that will be requested from you in the call in order to complete the claim request at the Consortium.
- Have the estimates and invoices for the repairs carried out on hand.
- Have two copies (original and copy) of your insurance policy and the receipt for payment of the premium corresponding to the period in which the damage occurred.
- Prepare a receipt or bank document with your IBAN account (24 digits), where the compensation will be paid.
- If you do not have this documentation, you can request a receipt through BS online and a duplicate policy through Whatsapp.
