*Claims for death or total permanent disability of the insured (when cover for the latter has been taken out) that arise from COVID-19 or any other virus directly related to it will be covered, provided that the virus is diagnosed following the waiting period of 45 days from the contract’s effect date, as stated in the individual insurance certificate. This waiting period will also apply when the sum insured is increased.
**The additional medical services of general medical visits, international second medical opinion, paediatric visits and nutritional visits will be provided by Teladoc Health International, S.A.U., or another entity with similar characteristics, provided that the insurance policy is in force.
